Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Bihar & neighbouring states: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India / Tier 2–3 cities: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 — FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹499 — Shipping charges calculated at checkout

Our Courier Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC depending on your location and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes. You will see COD as a payment option at checkout if it is available for your address.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@foxlynut.com or WhatsApp +91 92626 23004 with your order number. We will raise an investigation with the courier and resolve it within 5–7 business days.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
